The Garage is that familiar place that we all know. It has immense character, it’s dirty, it’s unpredictable and that’s exactly why we decided to make the most advanced and in-depth drum sample library, completely inside this unique space.

We sampled everything from kick drums covered in dirt to restored vintage Rogers and Ludwig kits using Neumann, Neve and API gear.

We treated this place like a studio, and abused it like a garage.

KICKS:
We sampled 12 kicks in intense detail. Everything from refurbished 1970’s Rogers and Premier kits, to old kick drums covered in dirt. We don’t discriminate based on looks.

Most kicks have 50+ layers of multiple velocity samples. Some of the crazier drums (i.e. the ones we ran through amps and $5 mixers) have around 5-25 velocity layers.

All of our samples have been deeply integrated into software presets so you don’t have to do any work.

SNARES:
We like fat drums as much as you do, so we sampled 20 of them. This collection of snare samples does not disappoint. We got those deep snares, but also weren’t afraid to crank some of these up for a more modern sound.

Most snare samples have 100 velocity layers already integrated into our presets. This deep sampling allows for ultra-realistic programming and replacing. We’ve also added several oddball snares for some extra enjoyment. Check out the Mix Assist folder for some useful sounds to amp up your tracks.

Hard means in this case Hardstyle or even Hardcore Techno like Kicks and Bassdrums, so most of them are pretty distorted, full of low frequencies and hit the loudness limit. We also created some clean kicks without hard distortion effects, but they are also pretty heavy and massive.

I recognized that a lot of Trap and EDM Sets include some Hardstyle tracks and parts into their mixes, so this might be usefull for producers going for this style. Also Hardcore Drum and Bass artists like DJ Hidden or Current Value for example uses very heavy distorted kicks in their tracks sometimes.

Con Civilization V tendremos muchas horas y horas de entretenimiento con partidas que superarán las 10 horas de juego, siendo este el tiempo promedio de juego para la mayoría de usuarios.

Algo que se ha modificado ya sea para bien o para mal, es el modo en el que se presenta el escenario, ya que ahora es en hexágonos y las tropas solamente se podrán desplazar en 6 casillas en lugar de 8 como en juegos anteriores, esto ayuda a que las tácticas del usuario sean mucho más eficientes y al mismo tiempo obliga a pensar mucho mejor la forma en que se hará el ataque la defensa.

En cuanto a la visualización del juego no hay mucho que decir, ya que desde sus entregas anteriores nos presentan calidad a cualquier punto dentro del juego, esto es agradable ya que al pasar muchas horas frente al monitor no querremos estar viendo simples muñequitos que no tengan realismo alguno.
